Where do submissions go?

This version uses Shopify’s contact form, so submissions are sent to your store notification email.

Can I customize the fields?

Yes. Use the Application field and Submission field blocks in the theme editor to add, remove, rename, reorder, or change field types without editing code.

Can I connect this to Airtable or Klaviyo later?

Yes. This version is app-free and works immediately. A developer can later replace the contact form workflow with a custom integration or app.
